Overview

Coupons purchased online from Cast Salon can be refunded subject to certain conditions. Any refund request has to be submitted within 14 days of the purchased coupon to be a valid request. The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the coupon by the customer.

The refund request will be informed via email that was provided by you during the point of checkout, whether the request can be processed.

Any refund request has to be submitted within 14 days of the purchased material to be a valid request.

If the refund request has been approved, the refund will be returned from the same form of payment used to purchase the coupons within 7 to 14 days from the approved request date.

Customers may request cancellation within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

1) Customer did not receive the email/link within 2 working days.

2) Customer received an incorrect/invalid link that differs from his purchase.

The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the coupons by the customer.
